Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after.  To make planning at our stunning wedding reception site easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section.  Of course, your dedicated Grand Hyatt New York wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.  

Seating Arrangements
Grand Hyatt New York offers a choice of five foot round tables that can comfortably seat eight people or six-foot round tables that can accommodate up to ten people.

Audio-visual equipment
Our on-site audio-visual experts, AVT, can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting for your wedding reception.

Ice Sculptures
Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.

Music, Photographer, Florist
Names and phone numbers of some of New York City’s best are available from an extensive referral list; however, you may use your own contacts.

General information
Upon confirmation, an initial non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your space. The total estimated balance will be due seven business days prior to your event along with your final guaranteed number of guests.
